- Coordinate with car showrooms and allocate daily work to technicians.
- Ensure timely job completion and maintain work quality.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Resolve work-related issues and provide daily updates to management.
Requirements
- Experience in team or technician management.
- Basic Hindi-speaking ability.
- Positive communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Automotive workshop or installation experience preferred.
