Job Description: Telecaller cum Data Entry Operator

Location: kottiyam ,kollam (Work from Office)

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: (based on experience).

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Weekly Off: Every Sunday.

Paid Leave: 1 Paid Leave per month.

Key Responsibilities
Telecalling: Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce solar products and services.
Lead Generation: Following up on inquiries and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Data Entry: Accurately maintaining and updating customer records, leads, and sales data in our database or Excel sheets.
Documentation: Preparing daily reports on call status and data entry progress.
Customer Support: Handling incoming calls and addressing basic queries regarding solar installations.
Meet monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in any stream.





Experience: At least 1 year of experience in both Telecalling and Data Entry roles.

Computer Skills: Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and general computer operations.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam; proficiency iN ENGLISH
Soft Skills: Patient, persuasive, and able to handle customer rejections professionally.
