Store Assistant / Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and responsible Store Assistant to help manage our daily shop and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

- Handle customers politely and assist them with their requirements.
- Pack orders and parcels for dispatch.
- Deliver parcels to customers and nearby businesses when required.
- Receive, open and check incoming parcels and stock.
- Restock shelves and organize products in the store and warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and keep the workplace organized.
- Assist with general day-to-day shop operations.

Requirements

- Honest, punctual and responsible.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to perform both shop and physical stock-handling tasks.
- Able to lift and organize stock safely.
- Basic reading, writing and counting skills.
- A valid driving licence if driving is required for deliveries.
