Role Title: Plant Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

Location: Manjusar GIDC (Savli), Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking 2 hands-on Mechanical or Electrical Engineers to maintain zero-breakdown reliability across our bitumen processing, heating, and pumping infrastructure in Manjusar GIDC, Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance across heavy industrial equipment (boilers, thermic fluid heaters, high-viscosity pumps, agitators, pipelines, valves, and electrical panels).
- Troubleshoot mechanical wear, pipe blockages, motor failures, and electrical faults to minimize plant downtime.
- Supervise fitters, welders, and electricians during repairs and routine maintenance shutdowns.
- Maintain calibration logs, spare parts inventory,



and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Enforce industrial safety practices (PPE compliance, hot-work permits, and fire prevention protocols).

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 0–5+ years of practical plant maintenance experience in a process plant, chemical factory, refinery, or manufacturing setup.
- Specialization:
- For Mechanical: Strong command of pumps, thermic fluid systems, steam/heat lines, motors, and hydraulic systems.
- For Electrical: Solid knowledge of LT panels, switchgear, starters, DG sets, and industrial plant wiring.
- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Availability: Willing to stay on-site in the company-provided accommodation for quick operational turnaround.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
