We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Travel Consultants to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with travel arrangements, flight bookings, visa processing, holiday packages, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight ticket bookings and reservations.
- Assist customers with visa applications and documentation.
- Plan and recommend holiday and travel packages.
- Provide travel information and customer support.
- Communicate with clients and understand their travel requirements.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience in travel and tourism is preferred.
- Knowledge of visa processing and ticketing.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
