Production Head – Servo Voltage Stabilizer Manufacturing (Up to 300 KVA)

Job Responsibilities

- Independently manage complete Servo Voltage Stabilizer manufacturing, from raw materials to finished products, up to 300 KVA.
- Handle transformer design, core selection, winding calculations, copper/aluminium winding, insulation and testing.
- Handle Variac / Dimmer winding, manufacturing, assembly, testing and repairs.
- Perform complete electrical assembly and wiring of single-phase and three-phase servo stabilizers.
- Work with servo motors, controllers, contactors, electrical protection systems and control panels.
- Manufacture and test air-cooled and oil-cooled stabilizers.
- Conduct electrical testing, load testing, troubleshooting, quality control and final inspection.
- Handle on-site installation, commissioning, calibration, servicing and repair when required.
- Diagnose transformer, Variac, servo motor, controller and voltage regulation faults.
- Establish, supervise and manage the production line, machinery, technicians, raw materials and production schedules.




- Train junior technicians and ensure production quality and safety.
- Provide technical after-sales support and visit customer sites when necessary.

Required Skills

- Solid practical experience in Servo Voltage Stabilizer manufacturing.
- Expertise in transformer winding, Variac winding, assembly, wiring and testing.
- Experience handling industrial stabilizers up to 300 KVA.
- Ability to independently manufacture, install, commission, service and troubleshoot stabilizers.
- Capability to manage a complete production department.
- Willingness to travel across India for technical work when required.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech Electrical or equivalent practical experience.

Important: We require a hands-on manufacturing expert, not just a supervisory manager. Candidates who have personally manufactured and tested high-capacity Servo Voltage Stabilizers will be preferred.
