We are seeking a hands-on digital commerce professional to manage our online business operations, e-commerce marketplaces, B2B export platforms, buyer enquiries, lead generation, and digital sales support.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for daily execution across our digital channels, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and help generate qualified business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- B2B EXPORT PLATFORMS
- Manage Go4WorldBusiness, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other active B2B platforms.
- Monitor incoming enquiries and respond promptly using approved company information.
- Research international importers, distributors, wholesalers, and food buyers.
- Identify relevant prospects and maintain an organized buyer database.
- Qualify enquiries by assessing product requirements, quantities, destination, buying intent, and purchasing timelines.
- Maintain follow-up schedules for enquiries, quotations, samples, and negotiations.
- Escalate serious buying opportunities to management.
- E-COMMERCE MARKETPLACES
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, where applicable.
- Create and optimize product listings, descriptions, keywords, and catalogs.
- Monitor pricing, inventory, orders, returns, and customer enquiries.
- Maintain seller-account health and marketplace compliance.
- Track sales, advertising expenses, product performance, and competitor pricing.
- Support marketplace promotions and advertising activities.
- DIGITAL SALES AND LEAD GENERATION
- Research prospective buyers through company websites, LinkedIn, business directories, and other legitimate sources.
- Identify relevant decision-makers and publicly listed business contact information.




- Prepare professional email and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Maintain a structured CRM or lead tracker.
- Support website updates, product catalogs, and digital business presentations.
- Use AI tools to improve research, productivity, product content, and reporting.
- REPORTING AND COORDINATION
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance summaries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and orders.
- Identify operational problems and recommend improvements.
- Keep all pending activities organized with transparent next actions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Practical experience with e-commerce or B2B business platforms.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Robust internet research and lead-generation skills.
- Good written English and professional business communication.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales processes.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively for business tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work independently and meet measurable targets.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Go4WorldBusiness, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Alibaba.
- International buyer research and export lead generation.
- B2B sales coordination or export documentation support.
- Food, agricultural commodities, FMCG, or international trade.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

The successful candidate will be evaluated on:

- Quality and relevance of prospects identified.
- Speed and quality of enquiry handling.
- Completion of scheduled follow-ups.
- Accuracy of marketplace listings and business records.
- Qualified buyer opportunities generated.
- Reporting discipline and operational independence.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
