The candidate will be responsible for supporting customer order management, coordinating with internal stakeholders, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment through the end-to-end O2C process

Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Arts, Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Willingness to work in shifts if required.
