Job responsibilities

- Manage key customer accounts for customs clearance and logistics services.
- Coordinate import and export customs clearance at ports, airports, and ICDs.
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of shipping bills, bills of entry, invoices, packing lists, and other customs documents.
- Coordinate with customs officials, customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and internal operations teams.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and documentation discrepancies.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and maintain customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities to increase business from existing accounts and acquire recent customers.
- Track billing, outstanding payments, profitability,



and account performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and procedures.

Required qualifications and skills

- Graduate in any discipline; logistics or supply chain qualifications are advantageous.
- Experience in CHA, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or import/export operations.
- Knowledge of Indian customs procedures, ICEGATE, Bills of Entry, and Shipping Bills.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
