About the Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Instagram Content & Reels Creator Intern who can develop engaging content, create fresh ideas, and help grow our brand presence on Instagram. The ideal candidate should understand Reels, short-form video, scripting, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Research trending Reels, audio, formats, and content ideas.
- Create engaging concepts, scripts, hooks, captions, Stories, and carousel ideas.
- Develop content around AI, technology, design, digital growth, and company culture.
- Plan and maintain an Instagram content calendar.
- Assist with recording Reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes videos, and team content.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools, or coordinate with the editing team.




- Monitor engagement and analyse reach, watch time, shares, and saves.
- Experiment with creative formats to improve content performance and audience engagement.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and current social media trends.
- Creativity, storytelling, and scriptwriting skills.
- Ability to develop attention-grabbing hooks and fresh content ideas.
- Basic video editing knowledge using CapCut or similar tools is preferred.
- Valuable communication skills and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Students, freshers, or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Film, Advertising, or related fields can apply.
- Personal Instagram accounts, Reels, scripts, or previous content projects are an advantage.
