Job Overview

FM DIGIPOWER PVT. LTD. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated BPO Associates to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, communicating with international clients, addressing queries, and providing appropriate solutions while maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
- Provide accurate information about company services and solutions.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and calling procedures.
- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and email-handling skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Good convincing and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Shift Details

- Shift: Night Shift (International Process)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
- Work Location: Rajdanga, Ruby, Kolkata.
- Candidates must be comfortable working according to international time zones.
