We are launching a special rural health initiative to provide free medical consultations and health awareness programs to underserved communities. We are looking for passionate and driven social workers to bridge the gap between our healthcare services and rural populations.
Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated MSW graduates to lead our grassroots outreach programs. The primary objective of this role is to travel to rural areas, actively engage with village communities—specifically women—and connect them with our free medical consultation initiatives. You will serve as the face of Medorvia Life Sciences, building trust and spreading awareness about our healthcare missions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rural Outreach & Field Work: Travel extensively across designated villages and rural sectors to establish a strong ground-level presence.
- Community & Women Mobilization: Engage directly with rural women, form self-help groups, or conduct community meetings to educate them on health and hygiene.
- Promote Healthcare Initiatives: Create awareness about the free doctor consultations and medical camps organized by Medorvia Life Sciences.
- Brand Awareness: Actively promote the company’s mission, values, and healthcare contributions within the rural communities.
- Trust Building: Build solid, trust-based relationships with village heads (Gram Pradhans), local influencers, and families to ensure smooth execution of health camps.
- Reporting: Track community engagement metrics, gather feedback from villagers, and report daily/weekly progress to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) degree is mandatory.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse fluently in the local dialect/Hindi.
- Attributes: Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for rural development and women’s empowerment.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to villages on a daily basis (having a personal two-wheeler is highly preferred).
- Experience: Freshers with strong fieldwork experience during their MSW or candidates with 1-2 years of NGO/rural outreach experience are welcome to apply.
