We are looking for an experienced Site Incharge who can independently manage and supervise the complete day-to-day operations of a construction site.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall site execution and daily activities.
- Supervise civil, structural, finishing and MEP-related works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects and vendors.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery and site resources.
- Monitor quality, safety and project timelines.
- Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
- Track project progress and resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain daily site reports, manpower records and material records.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability.
- Monitor contractor work and measurements where required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline at site.
- Report daily/weekly progress and site requirements to management.
- Take complete ownership of site activities and execution.

Requirements

- 13+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
