Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Insurance Sales Executives with knowledge or experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, POSP Partner Management and B2B Sales. Candidates will be responsible for generating business, managing POSP partners, promoting insurance products and building strong business relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Promote and explain Life Insurance and Health Insurance products.
- Manage, engage and develop relationships with POSP partners.
- Conduct outbound telecalling and follow-ups with prospective customers and business partners.
- Generate business opportunities through B2B sales and partner networks.
- Support POSP partners in generating insurance business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Maintain sales records and provide regular business updates.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in insurance sales, telecalling or partner management.
- Knowledge of Life Insurance or Health Insurance products.
- Experience in POSP partner handling will be preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with sales targets and outbound calling.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 20-day notice period preferred.
