Job Title: HCM Workday Developer (Technical) (7+ years)

Location: Remote

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to align with business requirements.

Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.

Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes.

Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and data.

Stay updated on new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.

Maintain clear and current documentation for all Workday development activities.

Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy.





Must-Have Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

6+ years of experience with Workday, including a solid understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials).

Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and other Workday integration tools.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
