About the Role
SabeHub is building an ecosystem around how people work, fuel, recover, connect and grow — bringing together focused workspaces, Energy, Wellness, experiences and The Foundry founder community.
We are looking for a high-potential Management Trainee – Business, Growth & Community who is curious about how businesses are built and has the ability to move between strategy and execution.
This is not a traditional departmental role.
You will work across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience and Community while developing a deep understanding of SabeHub's products and business model.
You will also be expected to become comfortable with the technology, AI tools, automation platforms and digital systems recommended by the LeaderShip team to enable faster, smarter and more efficient execution.
The expectation is simple:
Don't just observe the business. Learn it, execute within it, improve it and eventually own a part of it.
The first three months will serve as a structured training and evaluation period. Based on performance, ownership, learning agility and business impact, the role and responsibilities may be expanded after the evaluation period.
1. Growth & Sales
The trainee will develop practical exposure to revenue generation and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Understand SabeHub's products, memberships, experiences and customer segments.
- Learn the complete sales journey from lead generation → qualification → consultation → conversion → onboarding → retention.
- Generate and follow up on leads through relevant channels.
- Speak with prospective customers and understand their needs.
- Conduct product/service presentations and space walkthroughs where required.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
- Support membership, workspace, experience and community sales initiatives.
- Identify potential corporate, founder, professional and community partnerships.
- Track leads, conversions, follow-ups and revenue-related metrics.
- Identify reasons for customer drop-offs and recommend improvements.
- Learn to sell value and outcomes, not simply features or pricing.
Expected Development
By the end of the evaluation period, the trainee should be able to independently handle defined parts of the sales cycle.
2. Marketing & Brand Growth
The trainee will support marketing execution while learning how SabeHub creates demand and builds its brand.
Responsibilities
- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support campaigns for SabeHub's different offerings.
- Assist with event, workshop and experience promotion.
- Coordinate with internal/external creative resources where required.
- Identify potential partnerships, collaborations and promotional opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and basic marketing metrics.
- Convert customer insights into content and marketing ideas.
- Support initiatives designed to increase awareness, enquiries, visits and memberships.
Expected Development
The trainee should gradually move from content/campaign execution to understanding why a campaign exists and what business outcome it is expected to generate.
3. Customer & Member Experience
SabeHub is an experience-led business. Therefore, customer experience is a core part of this role.
Responsibilities
- Understand the customer journey across SabeHub.
- Interact professionally with members, visitors, founders and prospective customers.

- Identify opportunities to improve the customer/member experience.
- Support member engagement activities.
- Help create a welcoming and professional environment for customers and community members.
- Understand the difference between a transaction and a long-term customer relationship.
Expected Development
The trainee should develop the ability to identify what the customer needs, what is causing friction and what SabeHub can improve.
4. Operations & Execution
This role requires a strong execution mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain trackers, checklists, MIS and operational reports.

- Follow up on pending actions and ensure closure.

- Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders when required.
- Ensure assigned initiatives are executed according to timelines.
- Take ownership of specific projects from planning through execution.
Expected Development
The trainee should gradually move from:
“Tell me what to do.”
to:
“Here is what needs to be done, here is my plan, and here is the status.”
5. Business & Commercial Understanding
The trainee will develop an understanding of how different functions contribute to business performance.
Responsibilities
- Understand basic business metrics and unit economics.
- Support preparation of MIS and management reports.
- Understand revenue streams, costs and operating expenses.

- Support management with research and data required for decision-making.
- Understand how sales, marketing, operations and customer experience impact revenue and profitability.
- Participate in business reviews and learn how management decisions are made.

6. Product & Community Ownership
This should be the differentiating element of the role.

The expectation is for the trainee to gradually develop from:
User → Power User → Process Improver → Technology-Enabled Business Operator
Collaboration
