hands-on experience in ADVANTEST V93000 (93K) and SmartTest 8 to support advanced silicon validation and test development programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop ATE test programs on ADVANTEST V93000 (93K) / SmartTest 8.
- Support DFT validation, ATPG, Scan, MBIST, and pattern replay.
- Execute silicon bring-up, characterization, and post-silicon debug.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Automate test flows using Python/TCL/Perl scripting.
- Drive failure analysis and test optimization for advanced semiconductor products.
