General Responsibilities

· Assist in setting up and implementing quality processes in coordination with Mr. Benjamin, the QC Manager, and the Sri Lanka technical team.

· Implement and monitor the Biogrow Quality Management System for supplier Rudra, ensuring uniform quality standards across all production sites.

· Control and monitor all stages of the production process, including sieving mesh, mixing, weighing, grooving, pre-cuts, and finishing, ensuring strict compliance with Biogrow quality standards.

· Maintain and enforce quality standards for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.

Daily Quality Control Activities

· Verify and approve the start of production for each order.

· Supervise and monitor the work of Quality Controllers at every stage of production, including raw material inspection, laboratory testing, production floor activities, and packaging & plastic degradation checks.

· Ensure all quality inspections, test results, and observations are accurately recorded and documented.

· Approve loading and dispatch of finished products only after QC clearance.

Communication, Follow-up & Reporting

· Attend and actively participate in weekly review meetings with management.





· Prepare and submit quality reports, production photographs, and observations to the QC Manager.

· Provide quality improvement suggestions and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

· Maintain continuous and direct communication with the QC Manager regarding production status, deviations, and quality issues.

Raw Material Quality & Compliance

· Monitor and control raw material stock quality and compliance at all locations.

· Coordinate closely with the Intake Officer to ensure incoming raw materials meet defined quality specifications.

· Ensure the Production Manager and production team are fully informed of raw material quality requirements before use.

Authority & Decision-Making

· Authorized to stop production at any site in the event of major quality deviations or risks.

· Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective solutions.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,700.00 per month
