Kamgar Engineering Works India Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified engineering and manufacturing company with foundry operations, supplying to RDSO / Indian Railways, BHEL, RITES, Larsen & Toubro, NTPC and Coal India. We are looking for an Accountant to independently handle day-to-day accounts and statutory compliance at our Mulund West office. This is an immediate requirement, and we are looking for candidates who can join at short notice.

Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books in Tally - sales, purchase, journal and bank entries
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B); handle e-invoicing and e-way bills
- Prepare half-yearly ITC-04 job-work returns and maintain job-worker challan records
- TDS deduction, payment and quarterly return filing
- Bank, vendor and customer reconciliation; ledger scrutiny and follow-up on differences
- Process monthly payroll and coordinate PF and ESIC challans with our consultant




- Maintain documentation for statutory and internal audits

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com with 3-5 years of accounting experience; manufacturing or engineering industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / TallyPrime and MS Excel
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and payroll statutory compliance
- Able to work independently and meet filing deadlines
- Based in or able to commute daily to Mulund West, Mumbai
- Available to join immediately or at short notice

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Rs. 25,000.00 - Rs. 40,000.00 per month
