Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to expand our presence in the hospitality sector by building partnerships with premium hotels, luxury resorts, and hospitality groups. The role involves presenting Durlabh Darshan’s cutting-edge products and immersive cultural experiences to hotel management and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop partnerships with premium hotels, luxury resorts, and hospitality groups.
- Build relationships with Hotel General Managers, F&B; Heads, Sales Directors, and other key decision-makers.
- Present Durlabh Darshan’s products and immersive experiences as value-added guest amenities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close partnership deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for partner onboarding, installation, and operational setup.
- Follow up with hotel partners to ensure smooth implementation and long-term business relationships.
- Represent the organization during hotel visits, client meetings, and hospitality events.




- Travel extensively across the assigned region (20–25 days per month) to develop partnerships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Institutional Partnerships, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Experience working with premium hotels, luxury resorts, or hotel chains is highly preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with hotel decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest experiences, and hospitality amenities is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per month
