Role Overview:

Tired of being stuck behind a desk? Zorba Estates is expanding its ground operations and seeking dynamic individuals for an active outdoor role. As our Real Estate Field Executive, you will navigate assigned territories to scout properties available for lease, rent, or outright purchase.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Territory Scouting: Routinely survey designated sectors to identify residential and commercial real estate up for rent or sale.

- Visual Documentation: Take clear photographs and short videos covering the specific unit, the complete building architecture, and surrounding neighborhood landmarks.

- Information Relay: Promptly upload and transmit property specifications, visual assets,



and precise geolocation markers to the internal operations team.

- Ground Engagement: Maintain an active presence outdoors, cultivating local awareness and tracking newly available listings.

Candidate Criteria:

- Genuine enthusiasm and physical stamina for heavy field-based travel.

- Freshers (0 experience) with high motivation or applicants with up to 3 years of relevant field exposure.

- Educational background of 10th standard or above.

- Possession of a functional smartphone with reliable camera capabilities and internet connectivity.
