NICK PETROCHEM PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Data Entry Executive with excellent control over Tally ERP 9.0. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining accounting records, and supporting daily office and accounts-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurate data entry and record maintenance in Tally ERP 9.0
- Entry of purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers
- Maintain ledgers, stock entries, and accounting records
- Ensure correctness and timeliness of all data entries
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
- Generate reports from Tally as required by management
- Coordinate with internal teams for data verification and corrections
- Skills & Requirements
- Excellent working knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0 (mandatory)



Good knowledge of MS Excel Robust attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of accounting principles Ability to handle confidential data responsibly

Experience

- Experience in data entry / accounts preferred • Freshers with strong Tally ERP 9.0 knowledge may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
