About the Role:

Lakhera Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Finance Intern to join our team. This opportunity is designed for candidates with an MBA in Finance who want to gain practical experience in financial operations, accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.

The selected candidate will work closely with the finance team, gain hands-on exposure to real-world financial processes, and develop skills essential for a successful career in finance.

Based on performance during the six-month internship, the candidate may be offered a full-time position with the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, statements, and expense summaries.
- Maintain and organise financial records, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and verification of financial transactions.
- Monitor expenses, payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
- Verify financial information to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Assist the finance team with other financial and analytical tasks as required.

Eligibility & Requirements :

- MBA in Finance is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle financial information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn,



and ability to work collaboratively.

Stipend, Benefits & Perks :

- Monthly Stipend: ₹20,000.
- Internship Duration: 6 months.
- Internship Experience Certificate: An experience certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship, subject to company policy.
- Potential Full-Time Employment: Opportunity to secure a permanent position based on internship performance and organisational requirements.
- Weekly Offs: All Sundays and second Saturdays.
- Paid leaves: 2.5 paid leaves every month.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
