Key Responsibilities

- Plan and facilitate engaging, student-centred learning experiences aligned with the IB curriculum.
- Implement inquiry-based and concept-driven teaching strategies.
- Foster student agency, critical thinking, creativity and collaboration.
- Integrate the IB Learner Profile attributes and Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills into classroom practices.
- Differentiate instruction to address diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Monitor, assess and document student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain effective classroom management and create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the academic leadership team.
- Actively participate in school events,



career development and collaborative planning.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- IB Certified
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in the relevant grade levels.
- Prior experience in an IB school or familiarity with the IB PYP/MYP framework is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based and student-centred pedagogies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with children and commitment to continuous professional growth.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
