Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the assigned stall, ensuring customer satisfaction, proper stock maintenance, cleanliness, and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the stall.
- Attend to customers and ensure quality service.
- Maintain stock, inventory, and sales records.
- Handle cash transactions and daily sales reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper display of products.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Prevent wastage and report damaged or missing items.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and safety standards.
- Report daily sales and operational issues to management.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
