- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month
- Evening Shift: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM | Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Candidates should hold a BAMS/BHMS degree with valid registration and have a genuine interest in learning IVF and infertility management. Good patient communication, counselling skills, empathy and a willingness to learn under the guidance of Dr. Kedar Ganla are essential. Relevant clinical experience is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

- BAMS or BHMS degree from a recognised institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Medical Council or applicable regulatory authority.
- Some clinical experience is preferred; freshers with a strong interest in infertility and IVF may also apply.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and empathetically with patients.
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; English communication skills are desirable.




- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical documentation.
- A positive attitude, professional behaviour, patience and a genuine interest in learning reproductive medicine.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the clinical management of patients visiting the IVF and infertility department.
- Communicate effectively with patients and couples, understand their concerns and explain treatment-related information in a transparent and empathetic manner.
- Assist with patient coordination, case history documentation, follow-ups and maintenance of medical records.
- Learn about infertility evaluation, IVF, IUI, ovulation induction and other assisted reproductive techniques under appropriate supervision.
- Coordinate with the clinical, nursing, laboratory and administrative teams.
- Support patient counselling, appointment management and treatment-cycle coordination within the scope of qualifications and training.
- Maintain patient confidentiality, professional ethics and clinic protocols.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take responsibility and build long-term expertise in fertility care.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
