About the Role: Four Atoms is a consumer wellness brand that sells health and wellness products online.

We are looking for a Customer Retention Executive who can communicate with customers, understand their concerns, help resolve order-related issues and encourage customers to complete their purchases.

If you have experience in customer retention, support, telecalling or sales you are welcome to apply. You do not need to have experience in the wellness or e-commerce industry specifically. If you have relevant customer retention experience in any other industry, we would be happy to consider your application.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:





- Call customers who have shown interest in a product but have not completed their purchase.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and delivery issues.
- Help resolve customer concerns related to order, payments, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Follow up with customers to improve order completion and successful deliveries.
