Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist who can identify recent business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and turn prospects into long-term customers.

You will work closely with businesses to understand their challenges and introduce solutions that create real value. If you enjoy building relationships, communicating with decision-makers, and closing deals, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Zoho, AI automation, and business technology solutions.
- Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM systems.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Work toward monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and explain solutions clearly.
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools; Zoho CRM experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward targets.
- Interest in SaaS, AI automation, and business technology solutions.
