Job Summary

Exotic Yatra Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, target-oriented, and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with a background in tourism and travel. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting travel packages, developing client relationships, converting inquiries into bookings, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Promote domestic and international tour packages, holiday packages, and travel services.
- Handle customer inquiries, understand travel requirements, and prepare customized travel quotations.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with individual customers, corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
- Develop new client databases and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness.
- Manage leads through online platforms, referrals, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
- Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, follow-up status, and conversion reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.





Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tourism and travel industry.
- Candidates with a strong tourism background will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international tour packages, hotels, flights, and holiday destinations.
- Ability to generate leads, manage customer inquiries, and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and social media marketing.
- Strong customer-handling skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven approach with a focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
