Executive Assistant (EA) to the School Principal

Location: International School near Vaishnodevi Circle, Ahmedabad
Age Preference: 25 – 35 years
Experience: 1–2 years in School Administration
Preferred Candidates: Candidates residing near Vaishnodevi Circle and nearby areas

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to support the School Principal in daily administrative, academic coordination and communication activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in school administration, excellent organisational skills and fluent English communication.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with relevant administrative qualifications.
- 1–2 years of experience in school administration or a similar role.
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory,



both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email and documentation.
- Excellent organisational, coordination and time-management skills.
- Professional personality, positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be comfortable working in a school workplace and maintaining confidentiality.
