About us
We are a wholesale mobile phone business supplying bulk orders to customers and selling on Amazon and Flipkart. We’re looking for a skilled technician to refurbish iPhones to a consistent, sale-ready standard.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose incoming iPhones and identify faults (display, battery, charging, camera, Face ID/Touch ID, network, audio)
- Replace screens, batteries, back glass, charging ports, cameras and other parts
- Handle part pairing and calibration issues (True Tone, battery health messages, “unknown part” warnings)
- Test every unit through a full QC checklist before it goes to stock
- Grade devices (A/B/C) by cosmetic and functional condition
- Keep records of repairs, parts used and device IMEI/serial numbers
- Flag units that are iCloud-locked, blacklisted or not worth repairing

Requirements

- Minimum [2] years of hands-on iPhone repair or refurbishment experience




- Strong knowledge of iPhone models from [iPhone X / 11] onwards
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools (e.g. 3uTools or similar)
- Able to tell genuine from aftermarket parts
- Careful, organized, and able to handle volume without cutting corners

Good to have

- Micro-soldering / motherboard-level repair
- Experience with Android devices
- Prior work in a refurbishing unit or wholesale setup
