Brimbus is a growing creative branding and design agency in Bengaluru. We're hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to own branding, packaging, and digital design projects from concept to delivery, and to guide a small team of junior and motion designers along the way.

What you'll do

- Lead and mentor junior designers and motion designers
- Own branding, packaging, and social media design projects end to end
- Turn ideas into visuals using both traditional design and AI-powered tools
- Manage timelines and keep quality high across every deliverable
- Work closely with our strategy and content teams

What you bring

- 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience, including guiding or reviewing others' work
- A strong portfolio across branding, packaging, and digital
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, [InDesign])
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Freepik AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Runway ML




- Solid leadership, visual storytelling, and communication skills

Bonus points

- Experience with lifestyle, coffee, or F&B; brands
