Brief Job Description

The Telecaller Executive will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide information about available courses, follow up with prospective students, and help convert enquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

Area of Work

- Calling prospective students and parents.
- Explaining courses, batches, fees, and admission procedures.
- Handling student enquiries through phone calls.
- Following up with interested students and parents.
- Maintaining student enquiry records and call details.
- Coordinating with the counselling and admission team.




- Sharing relevant course information through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Supporting admission and promotional activities.

Scope of Work and Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Respond professionally to incoming calls and course-related enquiries.
- Generate leads and identify students interested in joining courses.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates to support admission conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Explain the benefits of courses and provide correct information about the academy.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents through effective communication.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and/or English.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Positive listening and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle enquiries and follow-ups systematically.
- A target-oriented and responsible approach to work.
