Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students using the available lead database.
- Understand students' interests and explain relevant courses and career opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert enquiries into centre walk-ins.
- Generate maximum counselling appointments through effective calling.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up status and daily calling reports.
- Work towards daily,
weekly and monthly walk-in generation targets.
- Ensure no potential lead is left unattended.
