Core Roles and Responsibilities

· Team Leadership & Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise maintenance technicians, mechanics, and tradesmen. Evaluate performance and assign daily or weekly work orders.

· Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment breakdowns, and coordinate rapid responses to emergency repairs.

· Facility & Safety Inspections: Regularly inspect buildings, machinery, and worksites to ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.

· Budget & Inventory Management: Help prepare and track the department budget, order tools and spare parts, and monitor inventory levels.

· Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Hire and supervise outside contractors and vendors, ensuring project completion stays on schedule and within budget.

· Communication Bridge: Act as the primary link between senior management and floor technicians, reporting on challenges, status updates, and policy changes

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
