Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our education institute.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, and direct interactions
- Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into admissions
- Maintain relationships with students, schools, and partner institutions
- Assist in planning and executing promotional and marketing activities
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus)
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Salary & Benefits:
