Commercial Transformation Manager

Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is looking to engage a Commercial Transformation Manager to play a key role in driving a large-scale commercial transformation initiative across the AMEA region.

Experience Required:

7+ years

Note: Duration: 24 Months
Location: Mumbai (on-site)

● Map, document, and analyze end-to-end commercial processes across business units and markets.

● Evaluate existing commercial processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and optimization.

● Drive commercial transformation initiatives by translating program objectives into actionable plans.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Governance, Change Management, and Business Unit Implementation teams.

● Engage with stakeholders across field sales, branch, and head office teams to ensure alignment and adoption of transformation initiatives.

● Support program governance by tracking milestones, preparing reports, and resolving implementation issues.

● Facilitate seamless execution of the S4/o9 transformation program across AMEA markets.

● Develop executive presentations, dashboards,



and trackers to support decision-making.
