Job Summary

Accupack Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Design Executive to join our Design Department. The ideal candidate must have hands-on working experience in AutoCAD and SolidWorks and should be capable of preparing 2D engineering drawings, developing 3D models, creating assemblies, and preparing detailed manufacturing drawings.

The candidate should have practical experience in the machine manufacturing or engineering industry, with a good understanding of machine components, fabrication, manufacturing processes, and engineering specifications. The role requires the ability to execute design assignments, incorporate design modifications, maintain technical documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support machine development and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.

Develop 3D models and machine component assemblies using SolidWorks.

Prepare detailed manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and production drawings.

Assist in machine component design and drafting activities.

Modify and update engineering drawings as per project requirements and design changes.

Ensure accuracy in dimensions, tolerances, fits, and engineering specifications.





Understand machine components and mechanisms and prepare designs based on functional and manufacturing requirements.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Assembly, and other departments for design-related activities.

Maintain design documents, drawing registers, revision records, and technical documentation.

Support new machine development, product improvement, and existing machine modification activities.

Incorporate design changes based on production feedback, machine trials, and assembly requirements.

Identify and assist in resolving design-related issues in coordination with concerned departments.

Ensure designs are practical and suitable for manufacturing and assembly.

Provide design-related technical support to Production and Assembly teams whenever required.

Follow company design standards, engineering practices, and project specifications.

Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality in all design and drafting work.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Location Preference: Candidates willing to work at Rabale, Navi Mumbai.

Industry Preference: Machine Manufacturing / Engineering Industry

Required Skills

Mandatory hands-on working experience in AutoCAD.

Mandatory hands-on working experience in SolidWorks.

Valuable knowledge of 2D drafting, 3D modelling,



and assembly design.

Practical knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly drawings.

Understanding of machine components, mechanisms, and assemblies.

Ability to prepare, read, interpret, review, and modify engineering drawings.

Basic knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, fits, and engineering standards.

Understanding of manufacturing processes and fabrication requirements.

Ability to implement design modifications and support technical problem-solving.

Good attention to detail, accuracy, and technical documentation.

Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Assembly teams.

Ability to complete assigned design activities within defined timelines.

Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a machine manufacturing or engineering company.

Candidates with practical, hands-on experience in both AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Candidates experienced in machine component design, 3D modelling, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.

Candidates with exposure to fabrication drawings, production coordination, and assembly-related design activities.

Candidates capable of handling design modifications and supporting the resolution of technical issues.

Candidates with a practical approach to design accuracy, manufacturability, and quality.
