Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate who can identify potential customers, generate leads, communicate with prospective students and clients, and contribute to business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and generate prospective customer and student leads.
- Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Explain company programs, services, and business offerings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and support lead conversion, registrations, and admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversions.
- Work towards assigned lead-generation and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.




- Maintain skilled communication and customer confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree candidates.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and achieve assigned targets.
- Candidates who are proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly stipend: 18,000 to ₹20,000.
- Performance-based incentives.
- Pre-placement opportunity of ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA
