ATE Post Silicon Validation Engineers: Job Description

-
Expertise in any of the ATE platforms like V93000 SMT7, V93000 SMT8, J750, Ultraflex Plus or ETS 364 is mandatory.
- Experience with turnkey solutions provided for digital / analog and mixed signal devices on any of the ATE platforms is mandatory.
- Test program development, debug and troubleshooting expertise on any of the above ATE platforms.
- Experience in test time optimization, test production setup, handler / prober interface setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Experience in load board / probe card designs for any of the above ATE platforms is desired.
- Hands on experience with Lab Equipment (Testers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Logic Analyzers).
- Knowledge of IC Test Methodologies, System Testing and Communication Protocols such as USB, UART, PCIe, I2C, SPI, I2S, DDR etc.
- Valuable understanding of software programs written in C, C++,



C# and able to step through the code if required.

Skill Requirements

- Able to work comfortably with Windows and Linux Operating systems
- Aware of Semiconductor manufacturing Flows & Post Silicon Test Methodologies for ASIC/SoC.
- Aware of Quality requirements for semiconductor industry.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
