- Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
- Writes initial nursing histories, assessment & re assessment of patients’ conditions and develops individual care plans for patients assigned to the unit.
- Able to formulate Nursing Care plan
- Monitor patients’ vitals and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner
- Collaborate on discharge planning with the healthcare team
- Answer questions and educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-surgery care
- Maintain and update patient files, medical charts, and health records
- Adhere to best nursing practices, standards, and protocols.
- Administers and controls medications.
- Functions in IP providing patient care, which includes daily assessment, co-coordinating care with other disciplines, managing nursing problems and preparing patient for home care.
- Maintain and ensures the patient’s case sheet is intact.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
