Mentor Gold and Diamond is seeking a motivated and responsible Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations. The successful candidate will coordinate production workers, support smooth workflow, and help maintain quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production workers.
- Monitor the manufacturing process to help ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Support the team in meeting production and quality targets.
- Communicate work instructions clearly and address routine production issues.
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
- Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing principles.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time at the workplace.
