Ø Manage the editorial calendar and workflow to meet deadlines and maintain project timelines

Ø Video Campaigns which include planning, shooting, editing, and mixing video footage with sound and effects, highlighting the features of the Company services, Testimonials, Events, Promotions, etc.

Ø Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Ø Optimization of videos as per the platforms (Media, website, social media, YouTube, etc.

Ø Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with writers, designers, and other creatives to enhance the quality of deliverables

Ø Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual style across all creative assets

Ø Provide creative direction and guidance to the team to elevate the overall quality of the organization's creative output

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, to align content with broader strategic initiatives

Ø Maintain and operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.

Ø Ensure all video content meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.

Ø Adapt video styles and formats based on audience preferences and evolving trends in digital content consumption.

Ø Traveling to other branches/different locations for video creation.

Ø Company mobile and WhatsApp should be always on, ensuring timely and efficient communication.





Ø Checking official mail to ensure timely and accurate response, including the spam folder.

Ø Participate in the company events and travel to the event locations to represent the company if required. Events like Expo, Marketing – Promotional activities, Annual meet, etc.

Ø Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content creation and distribution

Ø Ability to work collaboratively, provide constructive feedback, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ø Excellent time management and organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines

Ø Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of audience needs and preferences

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree mandatory

* Proven experience as a Video Grapher cum Video Editor (Minimum of 2 years of experience), with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

* Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices in visual communication.

Language proficiency both in English and Malayalam.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
