Reelax is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers, accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliation and regular financial entries.
- Prepare invoices, expense reports and payment records.
- Assist with monthly financial closing and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Support audits and provide required financial documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks.
- Process Monthly Salaries and make proper Record.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP or accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced work environment.
- B.Com/M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
