We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Lab Assistant to support the practical training and day-to-day operations of our Hospitality Department.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist faculty members during practical sessions in Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Bakery & Confectionery, and Front Office.
- Prepare and maintain hospitality laboratories for practical classes and demonstrations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of kitchen equipment, tools, utensils, and other lab materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all hospitality labs.
- Monitor inventory, maintain stock registers, and ensure the availability of required materials.
- Assist students in understanding the proper use of equipment and practical procedures.




- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and workplace safety protocols.
- Coordinate with faculty members for lab schedules, practical examinations, and departmental activities.
- Maintain records of equipment, consumables, and lab maintenance.

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant qualification in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
- Prior experience in a hotel, hospitality institute, or university will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations, food service, and laboratory management.
- Robust organizational and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
