Job Summary:

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Manager – Sales & Business Development to drive sales growth, generate new business opportunities, acquire recent clients, and achieve revenue targets. The candidate will be responsible for promoting gate entrance solutions, access control systems, and automation products while building strong customer relationships and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and client visits.
- Promote and sell gate entrance solutions, access control systems, and automation products.
- Build strong client relationships, acquire new customers, and identify market opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain regular sales performance reports.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
