Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Sourcing current customers via field visits, cold calling, and open-market activities.
- Customer Acquisition: Onboarding new-to-bank clients and converting branch walk-ins.
- Product Pitching: Explaining interest rates, schemes, repayment structures, and renewal terms.
- Process Coordination: Assisting with customer KYC verification, documentation, and coordination with the gold appraiser.
- Portfolio Maintenance: Driving timely loan renewals and managing recovery/overdue collections to minimize NPAs.
- Cross-Selling: Offering allied financial products like insurance or retail loans.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
