Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential clients, generate and qualify leads, and build a strong sales pipeline. The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, making outbound calls, managing inbound inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business leads through research and outreach.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and Excel.




- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or customer outreach preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and research skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Healthcare or wellness industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
