Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial finalisation, and statutory compliance. Candidates with experience in the Solar Industry or Manufacturing Sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounting activities using ZOHO Books / ZOHO Accounting Software.
- Prepare and finalise Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and financial reports.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST reconciliation and return filing.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments and quarterly return filing.
- Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment follow-ups.
- Handle purchase, sales, expense and journal entries.
- Maintain inventory-related accounting and manufacturing cost records.




- Coordinate with CA and auditors for statutory audits, tax filings and annual account finalisation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required by management.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of ZOHO Books.
- Experience in GST, TDS, taxation and independent account finalisation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Experience in Solar / Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities up to finalisation.

Salary: As per experience and knowledge.
