Role Overview

We look for an Central Operations to run talent acquisition and the daily people operations of a growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Manage and monitor day-to-day operations across multiple hubs.

● Coordinate with Admin, HR, Vendors, and Business teams for smooth hub operations.

● Identify and finalize locations for upcoming hubs as per business requirements.

● Plan and execute new hub setups, ensuring operational readiness.

● Conduct regular hub audits and ensure SOP compliance.

● Resolve operational issues and maintain operational MIS and reports.

● Support business expansion and process improvement initiatives.

Skills Required

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

● 2–5 years of experience in Operations/Admin/Multi-location Operations.

● Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.





● Proficiency in MS Excel.

● Open to frequent travel across India.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
